⚠️ We currently cannot pick up or deliver maintenance devices outside Amman.
📍 1. Submit a Maintenance Request

🚗 2. We Pick It Up
Our driver will contact you to arrange the pickup from your location.
Driver Contact Hours:
Saturday – Thursday: 12:00 PM – 12:00 AM
Friday: Day Off
During working hours, our driver will usually contact you within 1–2 hours after submitting your request to arrange the pickup time.
Requests submitted outside working hours or on Friday will be handled during the next working hours.
🔍 3. Inspection & Maintenance
Our technicians will inspect your device and contact you with the details and cost before proceeding with the repair when approval is required.
🏠 4. We Bring It Back
Once the maintenance is completed, we'll arrange to deliver your device back to your location.
