Digital Products, Gift Cards & Codes Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales of digital gift cards, game codes, wallet cards, subscriptions, and downloadable products are considered final.
By purchasing a digital product from Gamers JO, you agree to the following terms:
• Refunds, returns, or exchanges are not allowed after the code/card details have been displayed, delivered, viewed, or accessed.
• Once a digital code is revealed, we cannot verify whether it has been copied, stored, or used.
• Customers are responsible for selecting the correct platform, region, currency, and product before completing the purchase.
• Orders placed for the wrong region, wrong account type, incompatible platform, or customer mistake are not eligible for refund or exchange.
• Refunds or replacements may only be considered in cases where the code is proven invalid or unusable before redemption, subject to verification by our support team.
• Gamers JO reserves the right to request screenshots, account information, redemption error messages, or additional proof during verification.
