1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty
Certain products sold by Gamers JO are covered by a 1-Year Manufacturing Defect Warranty.
This warranty covers manufacturing defects and faults that are proven to have originated from the manufacturing process.
Once the customer receives the product, opens it, and verifies that it operates normally and performs its intended functions correctly, the product shall be considered free from manufacturing defects at the time of delivery.
This warranty does not cover:
Physical damage.
Accidental damage.
Liquid damage.
Improper installation or usage.
Electrical damage caused by power fluctuations or unsuitable accessories.
Unauthorized modifications or repairs.
Damage resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Normal wear and tear resulting from regular use.
Gamers JO reserves the right to inspect the product and determine whether the issue is caused by a manufacturing defect or by customer misuse before approving any warranty claim.
If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, the product may be repaired, replaced, or otherwise handled according to the applicable warranty procedures.
